“The quiet hallways and convenient parking stand out, contributing to a peaceful stay. Exceptional customer service, notably from General Manager Ronetta Sam, Shantel, and Aida, significantly elevates the experience, rectifying issues with impressive professionalism. While the immediate access to the casino is a draw, some areas, like room 222, are noted as needing attention, and restaurant hours could be extended for added convenience.”
